Emily Zilber is a cartoonist, writer, and illustrator. Her comics and visual essays focus on caretaking, creative labor, art history, living in a body, parenting, and mental health. Her work has been published through MUTHA Magazine and the Sequential Artists Workshop.

When she’s not drawing or writing, Emily works as a museum curator, educator, and consultant for artists and creative workers. She has held positions at institutions including Cranbrook Academy of Art and Art Museum; the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; the Smithsonian American Art Museum; Tyler School of Art & Architecture; and the Wharton Esherick Museum.

Emily lives in Philadelphia with her husband, identical twin daughters, and two obscenely furry cats.
